How to play

1. Read the slipOrders hang on the rail at the top. Tap a slip or a customer to choose who you are cooking for.
2. Pick the breadDürüm, ekmek arası or porsiyon.
3. Shave the meatTap a spit when its gauge is in the green, then tap the tray. Raw meat is a problem, and so is burnt meat.
4. Toppings and drinkAdd exactly what the order asks for, with nothing extra and nothing missing.
5. Ring the bellPress SERVİS. Fast, exact orders earn bigger tips and three stars.

Tips from the usta

• Shave meat onto the tray before the rush. A full tray lets you build orders without waiting for the spit.
• Watch the spit gauge. Green is perfect, and a spit left too long burns, which ruins a three-star order.
• Three-star orders in a row build a combo. Finish one order cleanly before starting the next to keep it going.
• A good first buy is Büyük Tepsi (₺250), so trays hold 10 portions instead of 6. Keskin Bıçak doubles every cut later on.
• Çay İkramı makes customers wait longer, which helps a lot on busy later days.
• Nobody walking out is worth +100 points at the end of the day, and later days multiply your points, so surviving long pays off.
• Ten secrets are hidden in the shop. Try tapping things that look like decoration, and keep an eye out for unusual guests.
